The only thing that would have made it complete would have been to have Tyler with me.
My day started off early at the aeropuerto. I left for Orlando to go on a cruise to the Bahamas. I had a three hour layover in Dallas so my sweet sister came and took me to lunch. I got to see baby Sean and hold his hand for a brief moment. We got lunch at On the Border (mmmm) and then went to Kohl's for some quick shopping. And of course you can't forget ice cream! When it came time to drop me off, baby gave me his sign for love. What a way to make your heart melt! I miss them so much every day!

When I landed in Orlando, there were intense lightning storms. We couldn't get off the plane for about an hour and a half. (I loathe waiting for anything, so this was my own personal hell...) After we were finally cleared to get off the plane, I had to wait another half hour to get our luggage because they were so behind. While waiting for my luggage I got to see my long time best friend, Olesya. I don't get to see her that often, but we seem to catch up right where we left off. Olesya brought her boyfriend, Eric, and his parents Connie and Ferron. We left the airport and it was almost 9:30. Disney World closed at 10:00. We hauled major bum to get to one of the most magical places on earth. We got there in time to see the fireworks. I've seen a lot of fireworks in my life, but these were number one in my book. I wish we could have spent 8 days at DW, I love being a little kid!
After DW, we went to the Beach and Yacht Club Resort. What a neat place! Everything is nautical and everyone is super friendly! I had not consumed food in over ten hours (This is days in my world) so I scarfed down my box of chocolates. Olesya and I scrambled to put on our swimming suits so we could swim in their special pool. This pool, which I call special, has sand on the bottom! After that we settled into our rooms, and I got to eat dinner in bed and watch CNN.
Tyler and I celebrated my birthday the Sunday prior. He is so thoughtful! He got me a Slap Chop and a Food Network cookbook. (I love infomercials and the Food Network) He also got me Ingrid Michaelson's newest CD and a bunch of Disney blu-rays. (I love Ingrid and I LOVE Disney movies. Call me nutty.) My family and Tyler's family also spoiled me silly. Thank you guys, I love you all!
I love birthdays. They remind me how lucky and blessed I am to have such wonderful friends and family.
I'd have to say, this birthday wasn't too shabby. :)
