I HATE South Jordan.
I got a speeding ticket today. First one in 2.5 years. 2.5 years mind you.(that is a long long time for Ms. Jamie Dall.)
I bet you are curious as to how I got the darn thing....
I'm on my lunch break getting leaving a lunch date with Ashley and I'm driving on Baccus Highway. I know boss is going to be back in the office at 1:30 PM sharp. It is 1:22 PM and I'm still a bit away. So I'm cruising at a reasonable speed (??? this is questionable) and I see a cop heading the opposite direction so I slow my reasonable speed down. Welll......That did nothing. He turns on his light and flips a fast bitch. And that my friends is the story of HOW I got pulled over.
Long story short I got 22 over. And this is the first time in my short driving/ticket history that the cop didn't barter with me. The conversation that I usually hear is "I'll be nice with you today and write this ticket for 5 over. You drive careful now." I did NOT hear that. All I heard was dollar bills ca-chinging.

Jamie that is so sad--22 over! I can't believe he didn't let you off the hook a little bit. I have been gone for a couple years now but sounds like South Jordan cops are still as Nazi as ever!

ditto schmitto... I got a ticket in South Jordan too... it's been a few years but I seriously remember he have this nazty zit that was about to explode in my face as he bent down... ugh . blah.
